  • Welcome table on front porch for cards and gifts upon guest arrival

  • Large, multi-stall, women's restroom and a single men's stall

  • Beautiful wood floors throughout & a concrete porch for dancing under the string lights!

  • Ability to host indoor ceremonies in the event of rain or for winter weddings

  • Important Note - While we are not equipped with heating or AC in the barn, we do offer great alternatives to comfortably host your wedding during any season! In the warmer months, we supply commercial fans and open the barn doors to create a nice breeze. In the colder months, we provide 6 space heaters for you to use throughout the barn.


Outdoor Amenities

  • 2 outdoor ceremony locations to choose from; one directly behind the barn with steps that come down from the barn doors. The second is off to the side of the barn and can accommodate a few more guests.

  • Wood benches for outdoor ceremony seating

  • Covered outdoor porch ideal for cocktail hour and late night dancing under the string lights

  • Rustic outdoor silo bar

  • Wood-burning fire pit, managed by the Laural Mill team

  • Professional exterior lighting, Handicap parking, & optional guest drop off to ceremony sites

  • Endless photo opps spanning from the woods, to the silo bar, to the upstairs loft barn doors, and more!

  • Conveniently located 20 minutes from restaurants, shopping and hotels in Bedford, IN and Bloomington, IN and within an hour from the airport and Indianapolis, IN

In order to do so, we provide our clients with the amazing resources to make wedding planning turn-key, stress-free and fun!

1 / Online Planner

The all-in-one Online Wedding Planner, a Google based spreadsheet suite, is designed to keep you organized and keep the Laural Mill team in-the-know. The Online Planner will be customized and shared with you 12 months out from your wedding date. The Online Planner will include a pre-event checklist, floor plan designer, and several additional helpful planning and organizational tabs such as timelines, ceremony details, table seating and assignments, guest list and RSVP tracker, budget and expense tracker, to-do list, packing list, and more!

2 / Client Hub

A private corner of the Laural Mill website, exclusively for booked couples, including an extensive list of preferred vendors, FAQs, the option to browse our in-house decor, and more! Bookmark this page for future reference as you start wedding planning! 

3 / Client Portal

The password protected client portal provides a convenient place for our clients to find their password protected agreement and invoices in one place. Couples are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating their own payment plans on their own schedules. You can find a list of important due dates below. 

4 / Open Houses

Open Houses are a great time to show the venue to those who couldn't make it to the private tour, to plan your wedding day details, to check out the many rentals Laural Mill offers and/or to get additional questions answered by our friendly staff. Chat with three of our most popular catering teams, Big Woods Catering, Fresh Fork Catering, and One World Catering as well as our bar & beverage team, Get Wilds.

To ensure you and your guests receive the best customer service and experience possible, Laural Mill works exclusively with our in-house bar service, Get Wilds. Treat your guests to local favorites, or choose from a wide array of domestic beers, imported beers, wines and liquors. Want to wow your guests?  While your inquiries are very important to us, please keep in mind that our team is usually hosting weddings and events on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We always try our best to respond to client voicemails and emails within 24-48 hours during our office hours, which are 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

We'll use the information provided in your tour intake form to generate a client agreement and date deposit invoice, which you can sign and pay online, respectively. Upon completion of both, it's time to celebrate because you're dream wedding day will officially be on the calendar!
